Firstly, you have to descend underground into the cave. Then you have to find a way up to the surface and then head north-east. (Clouds drift north.)


Keep in mind this simple difference. If you play in survival mode, it will take to get there several minutes. And contrary to it, if you fly in creative mode, it will take for probably 15 seconds.
